Yr Arglwydd Elis-Thomas: Bore da. Galwaf y pwyllgor i drefn. Rhoddaf wybod, rhag ofn bod rhywun yn ein gwylio, ni fydd rhan gyhoeddus y cyfarfod hwn yn para’n hir, oherwydd y prif fusnes heddiw yw trafod drafft o’n hadroddiad, a bydd hynny’n digwydd, os cawn gynnig i wneud hynny, mewn sesiwn breifat.		Lord Elis-Thomas: Good morning. I call the committee to order. In case anyone is watching, I will just say that the public part of this meeting will not last long, because the main business today is to discuss a draft of our report, and that will happen, if we have a motion to do so, in a private session.

Cynnig o dan Reol Sefydlog 17.42(vi) i Benderfynu Gwahardd y Cyhoedd o'r Cyfarfod Motion under Standing Order 17.42(vi) to Resolve to Exclude the Public from the Meeting
Yr Arglwydd Elis-Thomas: Byddwn yn gwahardd y cyhoedd o’r cyfarfod ar gyfer eitemau 3 a 4, sy’n ymwneud â’n hymchwiliad i bolisi ynni a chynllunio yng Nghymru ac ymchwiliad Glastir, ond yn benodol byddwn yn trafod drafft o’r adroddiad. Gofynnaf i rywun gynnig y cynnig.		Lord Elis-Thomas: We will exclude the public from the meeting for items 3 and 4, which relate to our inquiry into energy policy and planning in Wales and the Glastir inquiry, but in particular we will be discussing a draft of the report. I ask that someone move the motion.
Mick Antoniw: I move that
the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order No. 17.42(vi).
